If something went wrong, say which picture you were on, which phone or tablet you use, and what you saw. For a purchase question, say whether you bought on the App Store or Google Play.

Restoring the Grove Pass
On the home screen, tap the gear, then Grove Pass, then Restore purchases. A short arithmetic question comes first, meant for a grown-up. Use the same Apple Account or Google Account that bought the Pass.
Canceling
The App Store or Google Play handles the subscription, so you cancel it there: in your Apple Account's subscriptions on iPhone and iPad, or in the Google Play Store's subscriptions page on Android. Canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.
What's free
The Grove at Night pack is free, and so is the first picture of every pack. The Grove Pass opens all official packs and replay on every picture.
Sharing with family
On iPhone and iPad, the Grove Pass works with Family Sharing, so one Pass covers your family. On Android, the Pass belongs to the Google Account that bought it.
Where your progress is kept
Your coloring stays on your phone or tablet. It isn't sent to us and doesn't move between devices, and deleting the app deletes it. The privacy policy has the details.
